Terms and Conditions

  • All participants must use a valid email address to complete their registration. This email address will be used to contact you in the future.
  • Each email address can only be used to register for ONE account.
  • A registered account can be used to register for several products.
  • Maximum of 5 members per group (combination of lecturers/ teachers and students)
  • This system will handle all aspects relating to the uploading of papers and the status of acceptance.

  • Please check your email (inbox/spam folder) on a regular basis, as information updates will be sent by email in addition to the conference website.
